Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is an energy healing practice that restores balance in mind, body and spirit.
I blend Usui Reiki and Angelic Light Reiki, channelling both the traditional lineage and higher vibrational angelic energy. Reiki activates the body’s natural healing response, calming the nervous system and releasing stress.
Many feel warmth, tingles, or a deep sense of peace. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer and re-energised.
Sound Healing
Sound healing uses vibration and frequency to restore harmony throughout your body and energy field.
Crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments slow your brainwaves, guiding you into deep relaxation while energetically clearing stagnant energy.
It’s like a sonic cleanse, an energetic reset - calming, grounding and soothing on every level.
Sister Circles
Sister Circles are intimate women's healing circles designed to create a safe, supportive space for connection, reflection and energetic renewal.
